As the first premium outlet village in the Caucasus, the project draws inspiration from some of Europe’s most iconic shopping destinations, including La Roca Village near Barcelona and Bicester Village in the United Kingdom.
The village has been carefully designed to reflect both European outlet standards and the character of Tbilisi itself. The architectural concept is inspired by the city’s historic neighborhoods, creating a layout that feels organic and narrative-driven rather than purely commercial.
According to the project’s lead architect, Dodoshka Chubinidze, the goal was not only to achieve international design quality but also to capture the unique spirit and atmosphere that define Tbilisi.
